  • I’m a very proud Mammapooch to Millie the cockapoo. I waited 30 years for this girl and I adore her.

  • My Mum was Danish, my middle name is Ingrid

  • I’m married to Allan… We met in a nightclub in Birmingham called Mr Moons in 1978.


I love pink, but I’m not fluffy

  • I discovered I can hula hoop, I’m not brilliant, but I love it;

  • I went to 7 different schools as a child...always the new girl;

  • I’m a foodie, I love kitchen gadgets, and cookery books and make at least 2 new recipes every week.

What qualifies me to help you?

  • For years I worked in the corporate world. I was a ‘People Director’ and founder of my other coaching business ‘Brilliant People’. I understand the joys and challenges of life in the corporate world.

  • I’m a qualified & experienced Executive & Personal Coach. I trained with Barefoot Coaching. I love coaching individuals, leaders, teams & groups.

  • I’m a certified Yoga Health Coach & member of the Worldwide Association of Yoga Health Coaches. I continue to be mentored by the visionary Cate Stillman.

  • I trained at ‘The Institute for the Psychology of Eating’ and am a certified Mind Body Eating Coach. I can support you with any eating, weight, body image challenges and a variety of nutrition-related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood.

  • I’m a certified Dru Yoga teacher, and love practicing and teaching this beautiful flowing style of yoga - that helps EVERY body relax, unwind and find stillness.

  • I completed Dru’s ‘Ayurveda Immersion’ course and Yogahealer’s  ‘Living Ayurveda’ course twice! I love Ayurveda!

  • I’m a certified Breath Coach following my training with YOGABODY Teachers College and teach simple, accessible breathing techniques to energise, relax and bring balance.


  • Be diagnosed with a chronic disease and be told it is treatable but not curable.

  • Be in pain every day & rely on pain killers every 4 hours.

  • Look and feel terrible - inflamed, bloated and overweight.
