Fabulous Forever is an online group coaching programme where you will learn  the 10 core habits of thrive. Based on the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, and the leading edge, book ‘Body Thrive’ by Cate Stillman. These habits, daily rituals and routines - empower you to live your best life and support you to feel vibrant, alive, healthy and simply fabulous in your own skin!

Right now some of your habits are working for you. Some of them are not. You know this. You’re ready for change. You’re ready for transformation. And you could do with some help. I know. I’ve been there too.

Becoming the habits

Fabulous Forever is structured around four 12 week phases, with a short break between each one. Each Quarter you deepen your knowledge and raise your own bar.

Each week we work with a different habit - so we learn them in the first round and then start to bring them into our lives. Starting wherever you are. We make progress in round two and over the course of the year, automate them so you become fabulous!


Real Change

It takes time to make real changes and truly embed new habits into your life. Incorporating the latest thinking in behavioural science and habit evolution, the programme is structured to help you learn and embed these 10 core habits, each quarter.

    You've probably tried to change on your own.

    You’ve bought the self-help books, listened to the podcasts, read the blog posts. We’ve been there.

    Evolving with a dynamic group makes all the difference.

  • A call helps you get clarity on the goals you have for your health, your wellbeing and your life. We explore the questionnaire you completed in advance of the call, and you’ll leave the call with at least 1-2 actions to bring into your life straight away. Feedback I’ve had is that these calls are inspiring and motivating.

    It’s not a sales call. I won’t be trying to sell you anything or talk you into joining the programme, it's about your health, goals and your future self.

  • Absolutely not...it doesn’t matter a jot. Prepare to have your interest piqued though! They say Ayurveda finds you when you’re ready. And so many people say that when it finds you, you’re smitten for life.

  • Our group meets every week via Zoom. Before each round we do a survey to find the best days and times for the calls. It’s changed each round to accommodate the preferences and lifestyles of the group members. Currently we alternate between Wednesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 7pm. Don’t worry if you miss a call - the calls are recorded so you can catch up at a time that suits you.

  • No problem. Life happens. The calls are all recorded and replay links are shared within 24 hours so you can easily catch up at the time that suits you. All of the calls are password protected and are only shared with course members.

  • We usually begin with a check-in around the habit or habit change strategy that we’re focusing on in that particular week.

    There is usually a short arrival practice - a guided meditation or breath practice.

    We share successes, challenges and stories from our week, complete activities from one of the course workbooks & finish by sharing our key takeaway and/ or 1 action we intend to take in the following week.

  • I hear you. We live in an overscheduled, overstimulated, fast paced modern world. The reality is the busier you are the more you need this course. Seriously.

    The Weekly Live Calls are 75 minutes and we meet 48 times during the course of around 15 months - so there are breaks of between 4 - 6 weeks between each round.

    Each week I also send a ‘suggested homework’ email, relating to a specific habit for that week. This includes videos to WATCH, a chapter to READ (or listen to) and suggested worksheets to DO. Most of the videos are less that 20 minutes each and they are downloadable so you can listen to them while you’re out walking, or driving. Some people play them whilst they’re prepping their meals too! If you were to do everything suggested we’re probably looking at around 75 mins - 90 mins a week

    The key principle of the course is REPETITION - so if you miss watching, reading or doing in one round - no problem - you can refocus in the next one.

    There’s no homework to hand in, nothing to be marked so you can basically dedicate as much or as little time as you choose to the suggested homework.

    The more you put in the more you’ll get out of it for sure - but this is adult learning. It’s your call.

    What’s more important is your willingness to experiment, try new things, and see what works for you. One of the key parts of the programme is to empower you to make your new habits work for you, your commitments and your life.

    If you’re able to carve out a set time each week to focus on the course content you will definitely benefit for sure.

    Interestingly many people report that one of the unexpected results of doing this course is that time seems to open up. Sounds weird I know - but it does!

  • Our focus for the course is for you to focus on the ‘Universe of You’ and not try to change anyone else. It doesn’t work - and it’s often met with lots of resistance. I know this from personal experience too! So this course is simply about you - and empowering you to discover how to optimise your health, wellness and happiness.

    And if you’re feeling great chances are everyone around you benefits too!

    Also what tends to happen over time is that family members become inspired by the results they see in you. You become a role model - teaching your children healthy habits, the importance of taking time for self care every day.

    But initially this is just about you. No-one else. YOU are your focus.

  • No. The course encourages you to incorporate more plant based foods into your diet, simply because of the incredible health benefits they bring.

    And our focus is always on ‘adding’ in - more diversity, more seasonal, more colours - as in ‘eat the rainbow’, more local plant based foods.

    So no - you don’t need to become a vegan or a vegetarian.
